Electronic Tool for Managing Innovative Study Materials
Hlipala, Ľuboš ; Szőke, Igor (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to create a mobile application that provides the users with structured, well-arranged and at the same time effective platform to share, present and practice the knowledge of various kinds. The work analyzes several existing applications and systems for education and sharing information and describes different approaches of mobile app development with the focus on multiplatformity. The main part of the work describes the gradual development of the application and documents the created format for the presentation and sharing of study materials, with the possibility of practical practice of the acquired knowledge. The result of this diploma thesis is a mobile application, which is available on the Google Play Store.
Ultrasound Image Sequence Segmentation
Gallo, Vladimír ; Walek, Petr (referee) ; Mézl, Martin (advisor)
This paper presents basic principles of ultrasonography, review of different modes of medical ultrasound imaging, principle of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and review of basic techniques of image segmentation. The individual methods based on edge detection and region growing were implemented in Matlab. The performance of algorithms were tested in each category using synthetic and phantom image data.
Game Projected on Touch-Enabled Table
Kovaľan, Patrik ; Hradiš, Michal (referee) ; Kapinus, Michal (advisor)
This thesis is about using ARTable for playing card game named Poker. The creation of the thesis is aplication which is transmitted on workspace of the table via projector and controlled with touchscreen. In this system there are components like robotic arm, camera, touchscreen or projector. Robotic arm is used for transporting cards. Camera scans cards and displays then on the touchscreen of the table. Aplication is used to combine digital and real world.
UGE - Import/Export
Kádek, Tibor ; Polášek, Petr (referee) ; Smrčka, Aleš (advisor)
This thesis deals with creating graphs in application UGE (Universal graphic editor) and facilities it offers for plugins programmers. Goal of the thesis is to design UGML (UGE Graph Markup Language) data format, implement plugin for importing/exporting graph, implement SVG graphic format export and export into several bitmap formats. Thesis extends particular parts of application, especially API (application program interface) and manipulating graphical representation of objects.
Possibilities of simulation and optimization of queuing systems in MATLAB
Kakvic, Martin ; Leixner, Martin (referee) ; Krajsa, Ondřej (advisor)
This master thesis deals with the possibilities of simulation and optimalization of ethernet networks in Matlab interface. Ethernet technology, quality of service and architecture of differentiated services are described in this thesis. Based on these facts, there was created a toolbox. This toolbox allows to create a dynamic network, which can be configured via using GUI. In the end of the thesis, there are shown results of the simulation of networks, which is running in created program.
Creation of an interactive program for the calculation of the inner resultants of a straight cantilever beam
Kunda, Michal Adam ; Profant, Tomáš (referee) ; Majer, Zdeněk (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focused on the solution of the internal stress resultant effects (ISR) in a straight cantilever beam to determine the exact values on a specific length of the beam in software Matlab. Initially, the basics of beams and ISR are given where this knowledge is necessary to solve a specific problem. The solution is developed in the Matlab programming language with a GUI programmed using a differential approach.

User Interface for Datamining System
Minár, Tomáš ; Jirák, Ota (referee) ; Křivka, Zbyněk (advisor)
This work deals with the problem of user interface in advanced informatics systems with object-oriented data model. For demonstration purposes I have created an application in Java SE language for ranking system of handball club players. This application insists on quick and effective data collecting using framework "swing". Data store is represented by db4objects database and data mining is represented by learnig machine Weka.
